I love circus animal cookies! We went camping & had these as a snack & I figured I should make a cake!

Father's Day wouldn't be complete without this super yummy pineapple cookie cake! My husband would rather have something fruity than chocolatey!

So here goes! I had so much fun making this! So many different layers! We have the bottom cookie with homemade pineapple freezer jam & pineapple vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. The top cookie has golden Oreos, chocolate covered strawberries, mini chocolate bars, chocolate pineapple charms, lots of really fun sprinkles and don't forget all that glitter!

Okay okay... Just 1 more Americana picture!

I was able to do a dessert table for a friend and boy did I have fun!

These are chocolate chip cookies with red, white & blue M&M's instead of chocolate chips. They were delicious & of course I had to glitter them up! Everything tastes better with glitter!😉

I'm slowly going through the most AMAZING cake cookbook ever called "Cake by Courtney"! It has the most delicious flavors & every one of her cakes have scrumptious fillings & frosting!

This just happens to be the Peach Crisp Cake. It is so yummy! 😋. I especially love the cinnamon oat crumble! That little added texture in the cake makes it the perfect combo!

Ever wonder how I got the name of my business?

Well... I was at Navy boot camp in Orlando, Florida and it was a very cloudy morning. When I went to the chow hall for breakfast the clouds broke and a ray of sunshine shown on my face but nobody else had sun on them, just me. Because of this experience I've always had a love of the Sun and wanted to let that light shine.

This morning as I was dipping apples for a customer I noticed a ray of sunshine on just 1 apple. It brought back great memories of that time in my life when I was in the Navy!
