👍🏻RECIPE OF THE WEEK...Peanut Butter Dream Buttercream. 😋

Ingredients

~1 cup butter, softened
~1 cup creamy peanut butter
~3 cups powdered sugar
~2 tsp vanilla extract
~3 tsp heavy cream (a must)

Directions

Cream butter & peanut butter. Add powdered sugar, mix until combined for 1 minute on high. Then add vanilla & heavy cream...mix on high for 3 minutes. Your buttercream should be fluffy and creamy. 😁

Shark Theme

Need Chocolate?!!! Simple Chewy Chocolate Cookie recipe...

Ingredients:
3/4 c Shortening
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c White Sugar
1 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1/2 c Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt (Sea)
1 Egg

Mix shortening and sugars together until creamy. Then add in egg and vanilla. Add in flour, cocoa, soda and salt on low speed for about 1 minute. Cookie dough should be a slight firm consistency.

Place (12) spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen
