All batter in every tin is weighed perfectly by the gram! There's no eyeballing it here. Each cake achieves maximum height potential and milk soak capacity. Usually what you get with other tres leches is squashed cake, sogginess, and deflated height. That's not tres leches, that's oatmeal! 😭 With Maria's, every bite is full, thick, and moist - and I promise you, you'll need to pause at some point to take a break from this giant personal serving size 😆 Eat it all in one sitting, if you dare!
