1 year ago I went to my very first farmers market… and look at me now 🥹
I’ve almost tripled my sales in a year, my stand is way cuter, and I also lost a bunch of weight along the way lol.
It’s just really cool to see how much things can change in a year. I’m really grateful for all of you who keep showing up and supporting my little bakery 🍞🌾

Prepping up a storm for the upcoming Bloomin' Spring Market at 3 Springs Farm this Saturday!
In my fridge for an overnight proof: 30 sourdoughs (plain, cranberry chocolate chip, everything cheddar), 60 soft pretzels, 24 pizza crusts, 36 blueberry cinnamon rolls, over 200 some brown butter chocolate chip cookies & nutter butters. Tomorrow I'll bake everything and make a bunch of espresso brownies and maybe throw together some lemon poppyseed muffins for fun. 😂🍋
And yes, it's all made with 100% organic freshly milled flour that I just milled today in my home! It's all whole grain, never sifted!

I’m telling you… my pepperoni + Calabrian chili sourdough makes the best grilled cheese 🤌 Pair it with tomato soup or marinara and it’s unreal. I eat it like this all the time!
Not into spicy? My Everything Cheddar sourdough is just as good this way (and it’s on the menu this week 👀).
