LEXINGTON BOURBON LOVERS, THIS ONE'S FOR YOU.

We're thrilled to be one of the ONLY establishments to now be able to pour you a Jacob Spears Single Barrel Bourbon — an extraordinary new 10-year, cask-strength straight bourbon by some of the industry’s greatest minds: Jim Rutledge (Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Famer and legendary former Four Roses Master Distiller) and Ashley Barnes (Master Blender).

This new line was named in honor of Jacob Spears, the Kentucky pioneer long credited as one of the first distillers to put the word "bourbon" on a wh***ey barrel.

And because a bourbon this special deserves something equally memorable, our bar team (shoutout Tory Stephenson!) have created an exclusive cocktail:
