Hi Everyone! Below is my Greatest Baker profile for the Greatest Baker contest. It works by receiving public votes in order to move to the next round. Each round is also done via public votes and there are several rounds to narrow it down to the top contestants. You may see a similar post from me as I progress through rounds requesting additional votes. I will keep you all updated on my progress throughout the competition.

This creation was for a birthday girl who want a coral beach themed blue cake. She loved it, which was the best part of making it! It's chocolate cake with blueberry buttercream, decorated with sugar coral and pink white chocolate bon bon shells with sprinkles and edible luster dust for shine.

Two-tier red velvet cheesecake with a red velvet brownie crust, cream cheese whipped cream frosting and dusted with red velvet brownie crumbs

Experimented with two cheesecake flavors and both turned out amazing!

The first is a baklava inspired creation and a baklava filling of pistachios, walnuts, and honey baked right in the batter and used as a crust. The topping is crushed pistachios and walnuts with a honey syrup soak and drizzle and a vanilla rum whipped cream.

The second is a pear smoked bourbon and Rivulet dulce de leche with a crushed Lotus Biscoff and cinnamon pecan crust, Lotus Biscoff folded into the batter, topped with pear smoked bourbon and Rivulet dulce de leche, dusted with crushed Lotus Biscoff and cinnamon pecans and vanilla rum whipped cream. Thank you, Josh Ambrose, for smoking my dulce de leche and giving it that extra little something!
