Found this video of 2009 Ironman China on Youtube. If you follow David Goggins you've probably heard him refer to reaching into his cookie jar when things get tough. This is an item I pull out of my cookie jar sometimes when racing in heat. 113 F ambient temperature, 120 F with the heat index. It was so hot that the volunteers abandoned most of the aid stations later in the day on the bike and run.
