Pairing these with traditional Filipino desserts known for its vibrant colors and tropical flavors. RGS Cheesecake started 2015. Its a sweet dessert made with one or more delicious layers. The main and thickest layer is crafted from soft, pure cream cheese blended with just the right amount of sugar for a rich yet balanced flavor. The bottom layer features a crust made from crushed graham crackers

, sometimes combined with nuts such as pistachios, walnuts, or almonds depending on the client’s preference. Our cheesecakes are authentic creations perfected through many revisions, experiments, and dedication to quality. Each cheesecake is flavored with fruit fillings and topped with fresh fruits to create a refreshing and satisfying taste. We offer a wide variety of cheesecake flavors to suit different preferences. To complement our cheesecakes, we also offer popular Filipino cakes and desserts such as puto, puto flan, custard cake, yema cake, ube (purple yam) cake, and many more. We continuously improve and customize our products based on our clients’ preferred sweetness level. We also enjoy experimenting with new flavors and trending desserts, including Dubai chocolate-inspired creations. In addition to whole cakes, we offer individual treats and cake slices for customers who want a smaller serving. Our goal is to create desserts that are both delicious and enjoyable while lowering the sugar content so customers can worry less about calorie intake and enjoy every bite with less guilt.

As a detail-oriented perfectionist, I have been tasked with creating a bridal shower cake for a client on short notice. My challenge lies in making the Purple Yam cake presentable. Although I am still refining my icing application skills, to be honest i am not good with icing 🤣 our cakes are designed to be artistic while minimizing sugar content through reduced icing usage.

Nonetheless, the clients satisfaction validates my effort 🥰🤩🥳

What is a P**o- Flan?

Purple Yam p**o flan, the bottom layer is usually soft and fluffy ube p**o, while the top layer is creamy leche flan. It has a beautiful purple-and-golden appearance and is popular for parties, holidays, and special occasions (in the Philippines)

The texture is a combination of:

* Soft and moist from the ube p**o
* Smooth and creamy from the leche flan
* A delicious balance of sweetness with a mild earthy ube flavor

It’s essentially a fusion of ube cake, p**o, and leche flan in one dessert.

Baking these cakes on short notice was a thrilling challenge. I whipped up an 8-inch purple yam cake for our Filipino community president’s birthday celebration and a guest's enthusiastic request to cater their sister's bridal shower with two more was the ultimate testament 🤩🥳😇
