Had a lot of fun creating this hunting themed groom’s cake! It’s all handmade and edible (yes, even the antlers 😊). For the big event, I made an 8” cake for cutting and 120 cupcakes. The cupcakes were red velvet with orange cream cheese frosting and then either chocolate or vanilla cake with vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry frosting. Yummy!! Big congratulations to Tanner and Laurin for tying the knot!!!

Thank you so much, Clint, for letting me make this cake for your parents! Top tier: German chocolate with caramel pecan coconut filling. Middle tier: Red velvet with white chocolate vanilla bean buttercream. Bottom tier: vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The entire cake is covered in dark chocolate ganache, 24k gold leaf, and handmade orchids. Thanks for the big assist, Tasha!
