๐โค๏ธ $395.22 DONATED TO Heritage Volunteer Fire Co #1 ๐ฅ๐
Today, we had the honor of presenting a donation check for $395.22 to Heritage Volunteer Fire Company, our May Fire Department Partner.
To some, $395 may not seem like a huge number. But for a small, locally owned restaurant, giving away 5% of every sale right off the top is a BIG commitment. In an industry where margins are already tight, that's money that could have stayed in our businessโbut instead, it went back into supporting the brave men and women who protect our communities every day.
That nearly $400 donation can help fund training opportunities, contribute toward life-saving equipment, assist with operational costs, and support the countless resources that volunteer fire departments need to answer the call when emergencies happen.
The most important thing to remember is this:
YOU made this happen.
Every burger ordered, every meal shared, and every visit to Firehouse Smash Co. helped generate this donation. This check isn't just from usโit's from our entire community. You should be proud knowing that by simply choosing to eat local, you helped support the firefighters who stand ready to serve when we need them most.
We would also like to thank the two leaders from Heritage Volunteer Fire Company who stopped by today to receive the donation. It was our privilege to meet with you and continue building partnerships with the departments that do so much for our area.
From all of us at Firehouse Smash Co. (27 W. Market St., Lewistown), thank you for supporting our mission to "Back the Bravest with Every Bite." Every month, together, we're proving that a meal can do more than satisfy your hungerโit can help strengthen the fire service right here at home.
From all of us at Firehouse Smash Co, Shawn Gisewhite Curtis Wert Jenessa Cheyenne Mark Gisewhite :
๐ Thank you, Heritage Volunteer Fire Company.
๐ Thank you to our amazing customers.
๐ Thank you for helping us make a difference, one smash burger at a time.
