Hey everyone! I'm back! Due to the Facebook issues I was having, August has seemed like the longest month ever. What started as issues with just messenger turned into issues with my entire page as well. I am so grateful to be back up and running today! Fun fact: A blistered crust on artisan sourdough is a desired quality. An indication that the fermentation and proofing processes were well executed. They are caused by carbon dioxide slowly leaking from the dough's surface during a long, cold fermentation process.
