What an awesome Donkey Kong 11th birthday celebration!!
This is a 4 layer, 8” chocolate cake, covered with a chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Candy and gummy bananas added and a couple cool Donkey Kong figures!!

This weekend was the real test for my new layout and kitchen…❤️❤️
The wedding venue and staging were beautiful. The cake selection fit the location perfectly. This is a two layer, 6” & 8”, white cake with buttercream icing.
They also selected four flavors of cupcakes, white and chocolate with buttercream icing, strawberry with strawberry icing and carrot cake with a delicious cream cheese icing. Thanks to Bloom Market for finding the perfect roses for me.
It all turned out beautifully! Congratulations to the blessed Bride & Groom!

This cake was requested by my granddaughter but right now I have no kitchen! So…her mom loaned me her kitchen, then I decorated at my home! Her birthday was a Luau theme! But she did request chocolate cake, not too Hawaiian but how was I to argue?!? ❤️ Happy Birthday Aria!

There’s only a couple weeks left and my in home bakery will be undergoing an “upgrade”! We can’t wait! I’ll be taking a break from designing for about 3 months and then will get back into the baking swing!
