What an incredible day at the market — every single loaf of sourdough found a home! 🍞✨ I’m so grateful for each of you who stopped by, shared a kind word, or picked up a loaf (or two!). Your support means the world and makes all those early mornings and long baking days so worth it.

This past week we took a trip out to DaySpring Farm in Danielsville, Georgia to pick up their beautiful, organically grown, stone-ground whole wheat flour. 🌾 Whole wheat on its own can bake up a little dense, so in our breads we use just 20%—the rest is high-quality organic all-purpose flour from Central Milling Co. in Utah.

At For Real Dough, we believe that great bread starts with great ingredients. That’s why we go the extra mile (literally!) to source the best. We can’t wait to share it with you at the Mt Laurel Farmers Market this Saturday from 8–12.

Hi neighbors! I’m firing up the oven and baking sourdough loaves, bagels, and ciabatta for porch pickup. Each item is small-batch, naturally leavened, and made with love (and plenty of patience).

We are delighted to present our Seeded Sourdough, now a regular feature on our menu. Our passion for bread is equaled only by our dedication to quality ingredients. All breads this week will include a portion of flour from DaySpring Farms, an organic farm in Georgia that stone mills its grains on site. We have found their flour to be exceptional to bake with. The Daily Loaf🍞

Our classic sourdough boule is made with organic grains, water, sourdough culture & salt, that's it!
From the beginning we have been committed to using no commercial yeast, ever. That means all our bread is slow fermented with the help of a sourdough culture I made back in 2021.

We will have these available tomorrow at the Mt Laurel Farmers' Market along with sourdough bagels and Milk & Honey Sandwich bread (in the oven now it's smelling so good!) Can't wait to share all the goodies with y'all tomorrow morning 8-12
