Normally my first official Day 1 of Winstock bars doesn’t look quite like this. Today was my first full day in the kitchen, but I spent several hours last week preparing what I could. My kitchen is under construction, so there was a change of venue and I’m trying to work around other schedules. Thanks to Hollywood Sports Complex for sharing their space. Both apple crisps and 6-layer bars are completely assembled and ready for the oven (95 pans).
