We SOLD OUT today!

Seriously, thank you for showing up, grabbing all the goodies, and keeping our little bakery busier than we probably deserve to be.

We appreciate every single order, visit, share, recommendation, and person who walks through our door. You guys are pretty awesome.

And a little bakery insider tip: if you know you want something specific, place your order the day before!

It helps us plan production, make sure we have enough of what you’re craving, and gives us a much better idea of what our Saturday crowd is going to look like.

THE BOSS IS OUT.

So naturally, we made cannoli.

And not just regular cannoli. We made CANNOLI LONG JOHNS because apparently nobody is here to stop us anymore.

We’ve also got actual cannolis, because once you’ve crossed the line into questionable pastry decisions, you might as well keep going.

The boss is recovering. We are holding down the bakery with absolutely no adult supervision and an irresponsible amount of pastry cream.

FRIDAY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT.

And apparently the bakery decided we needed to cause problems before 8 AM.

Today’s lineup includes:

Mystery Cinnamon Roll — we’re not telling you what’s hiding inside. You’ll have to trust the process and your questionable decision-making skills.

Blueberry Fry Cakes — because apparently regular breakfast wasn’t exciting enough.

AND THE CIABATTA IS BACK.

Yes. The bread you’ve been asking about is finally back in the case.

Come get your carbs. We promise not to judge your breakfast choices.

GOOD MORNING, LESLIE.

We have donuts. We have cronuts. We have a boss who decided to demonstrate a “move” to a bunch of 8-year-olds during flag football… because apparently showing children how it’s done was more important than remembering he is no longer 20.

TODAY’S IMPORTANT BUSINESS:

The CRÈME BRÛLÉE DONUT is back. The contest winner. The one that somehow convinced people we needed to keep making it. Come get one before they mysteriously disappear.

CRONUTS are also happening, but PLEASE ORDER THEM THE DAY BEFORE if you want to guarantee one. They take time, they’re made in limited quantities, and apparently people have decided they’re worth planning ahead for.

And finally, THE BOSS.

He had surgery yesterday after his heroic battle with children approximately one-fifth his age. It went really well, now on to the recovery stage.

We’re collecting GET-WELL CARDS for him at the bakery, because nothing says “we care about you” quite like an entire town reminding you that maybe you should have stretched first.

Bring in a card. We’ll make sure he gets them.

Now come get something sweet, because someone around here needs to make good decisions today.

LUNCH IS READY.

Today’s lineup is bringing the comfort food AND the good sandwich energy:

Turkey Bacon Avocado Club — stacked with turkey, bacon, avocado and all the good stuff.

Hearty Lentil Soup — warm, filling and packed with the kind of goodness that makes you feel like you made a responsible lunch decision.

Cheeseburger Soup — because apparently we decided a cheeseburger belongs in a bowl, and honestly… we support it.

THE BOSS IS DOWN. WE REPEAT, THE BOSS IS DOWN.

Apparently, someone forgot he's not 20 anymore. He decided to play flag football with a bunch of 8-year-olds, and now he's headed for surgery, to repair his knee.....

Let this be a lesson to all of us: the confidence of a 20-year-old and the body of someone who knows better are two VERY different things.

But in all seriousness, our boss is going to have surgery, and we thought it would be fun to remind him just how awesome this community is.

We want to FLOOD HIM WITH GET-WELL CARDS!

Whether you've been coming into the bakery for years, stop in for your morning coffee, or just want to join in on reminding him that he's loved (and possibly that he's too old to play football with 8 year olds), we'd love for you to send or drop off a card.

Let's show him some love, give him something to smile about while he recovers, and maybe include a gentle reminder that retirement from youth sports might be in his future.

Cards can be dropped off at Main Street Bakery, and we'll make sure he gets every single one.

CRONUT PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Our cronuts have officially been rated 16.5 OUT OF 10. That's not a typo. That's a public service announcement!

If you want to get your hands on these little squares of happiness, PLEASE put your order in the DAY BEFORE! We make limited batches, and while we'd love to have an endless supply of cronuts, our bakers have yet to figure out how to bend the laws of time and pastry.

And of course, we have to give a little shoutout to .can.eat — because when it comes to cronuts this good, we have a feeling Kyle knows what's up.
