Baking Friendships with Impact

With theses changing times, our mission statement and purpose remains the same. We want to impact and provide the needs for not just our community but others communities as well as, such as people in Guatemala through God’s Creation. Julia was actually born in Guatemala. Last year Julia personally went to Guatemala for two weeks on a mission trip with our church, Summit Community Church in Morganton, NC. After coming back she reestablished her ministry, God’s Creation, but now launched it in Guatemala. God’s Creation provides meals, education, moral values and christian education to approximately 138 children every Saturday. Our goal is to provide more services and a better future for these kids that lack of so many things while we have so much here. She was in the same situation like these kids, coming from an extremely poor family, but God changed her story many years ago when she came to the United States. Likewise, we are also using the bakery to help support our daughter Lani. She is 14 years old and has autism. We want to help her accomplish her dream of being an artist and a missionary in Uganda. Lani’s art is being displayed and sold at the bakery. We like to build relationships as we serve our customers in a friendly atmosphere with love and kindness.
