I pick flowers. I give hugs. I pray. I sit in my car for an extra five minutes. I steep my tea. I do box breathing. I say hello to trees in the forest. I talk to my bees. I reach out to friends. I tune out pettiness. I get super sweaty doing a work out. And on and on. What do you do to keep mentally healthy? Whatever it is that you do I hope you always are within reach of those moments, and know that the world is better because of all the healthy energy you put into the universe. If you are in a place where you are not able to tap into your healthy self, I hope you’ll ask for help, give yourself grace, and know that it’s all ok not to be ok. Bee so good to you. XO! ~Sarah
