Baby shower cake for Sydney Ellers Vann and soon to be born daughter, Ellie! Loved making this cake for them. I had some mishaps, but it turned out pretty good. First time making a baby elephant, and I think she's adorable!! All butter cream. Baby elephant is made of fondant.

Happy 8th Birthday Kahlan! All buttercream cake. Skates are made from gumpaste and fondant. I put the top cake on a separate board because it's filled with Kahlan's favorite candy! Now it can be easily lifted off for cutting keeping the candy from dumping all over the bottom cake. I'm very grateful that I was given the opportunity to make her cake! Hope all her guests love it!

Made this birthday cake for my bosses daughter! And yes, I did put on a pair of skates......and yes, I went down hard, and yes it took two people to help me up! However, by the end it started coming back to me, LOL!! At least I didn't take any of the kids out! The cake is all butter cream. The skates are made from sugar paste. It was a funfetti cake with the top tier filled with Savannah's favorite candies and nope, I didn't take a pic! Me forgot!

Hello my fellow North Carolinians! I just wanted to do a quick post. After a very long wait I am finally able to begin my cake business from my home kitchen! I am currently working on my website and hope to publish it by the weekend. In the meantime if you have any questions please message me! As of right now I'm only taking orders for wedding cakes or specialty cakes; Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, milestone birthdays, anniversary, etc.

I made this cake for my niece Gianna! Not going to lie, it was a tad stressful! The mask was made from sugar paste and covered with edible silver luster dust, silver sanding sugar and sugar jewels.
