Happy late thanksgiving everyone! Sorry for the delay, but I hope everyone’s turkey day went well. If you have more thanksgiving dinner to go to in the coming days, then I hope those go great as well.
I made a pumpkin cheesecake, topped with Chantilly cream, like last year. However, this year, it quickly disappeared. No left overs. I’ll take that as a compliment.

Things have been quiet on here but I haven’t forgotten about this page. I am still taking orders when they come in. Just been slow as of late. I have some things I want to try out before offering them on here. Make sure I know how to make them and make sure they are good. I don’t want to offer anything that wouldn’t be of good quality. Anyway, the weather is getting cooler and that means the holidays are coming. If you, or someone you know, would like a (as one particular taster put it) “divine” home made cheesecake to put on the table, with none of hassle or the mess, reach out and let me know what you would like, or share the page. I much appreciate it and look forward to making it!

Last things last. This flavor is a classic when it comes to normal cakes. It’s vibrant color and cream cheese frosting are unmistakable. It’s red velvet, but this cake is smoother and creamier than a traditional red velvet is. And this one has an Oreo crust! Be warned, however. This cake is rather rich and it may not be for the faint of heart. A bite still wouldn’t hurt though.

First things second. This is our first new addition. This is for the lovers of the berry that seem to work in just about anything you put them in. The berry that doesn’t really know what color it is. Blue when left alone, green when peeled, and purple when cooked. That’s right, it’s blueberries! Between the glossy sauce and the batter, a lover of the berry won’t be disappointed!
