Hey everyone go give our new page a follow so you can stay upto date on our first day open. We have been working to get this thing done for quite some time now and its finally almost time to hit the roads! While the finish touches get done this week on our decals, we should be out saturday for our grand opening and another local business that is opening! We cant wait to let all of swfl taste some of the best meatballs in the area! We have something for everyone and you wont be disappointed.

Einkorn Flour is the most ancient wheat you can find and has extremely low gluten content in it. When it’s combined with some AP flour it turns into this wonderful fluffy loaf with a great nutty flavor that you can’t match!

Combined with the longer fermentation process of sourdough the gluten content is nil to none!

Can’t wait to give this to a friend to try who is gluten sensitive 😁 tag a friend that might love this!
