We’re starting something new at The Friendly Flour Bakery…

After lots of research, recipe testing, and taste-tester feedback, our gluten-free bread line is officially in development. And we’re so close to sharing the final product with you!

Here’s what our tast-testers had to say:

🥖 The artisan-style loaf had a crisp crust, soft center, and sourdough vibes. With just a few tweaks to the rise we’ll be nearly there.

🍞 The sandwich-style loaf was the crowd favorite! It had a great lift, balanced flavor, and dreamy texture. Our testers can’t wait to turn it into French toast or grilled cheese.

🍠 The white loaf had a chewy texture and a slightly bitter taste. Womp womp wooamp! Back to the drawing board 🤪

We’re pouring so much care into this process to make sure every loaf is delicious, inclusive, and bakery-worthy.

Planning a family gathering, hosting a group party, or just craving something warm and homemade without the effort? You’re in the right place!

Our menu includes:

1. Sourdough bread – golden, crusty, and made with clean, organic ingredients
2. Sourdough bagels – crispy, flavorful, and delightfully chewy
3. Mini bread bowls (seasonal) – crusty outside, tender inside, the perfect cozy addition to a hot meal

How it works:
• Place your order on our app
• Pick up your goodies at our bakery stand on your chosen day
• Share and enjoy!

Pickup is available Saturdays between 10 am and 8 pm. You’ll receive detailed pickup instructions once your order is confirmed.
