My story began in the cozy kitchen of New York with my wife, Cori.

In New York, babka wasnât just a treatâit was a way of life. From coffee shops to family celebrations, babka was always there: a sweet (or savory!) staple that brought people together.

When we moved to Northern Virginia, we realized something shockingâso many people here had never even heard of babka (unless theyâd seen that famous Seinfeld episode, of course)! With 20 years of chef experience in New York, and inspired by my family babka recipe, I got to work.

Every loaf I bake is a blend of tradition, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. â¤ď¸
