After our trip to visit family in Spain this month, just one bite of this Chocolate con Churros cookie has me right back there! 🇪🇸🍪☕️

Did you know that I lived in Spain for four years after college? I had moved there to teach English, but ended up making amazing friends, meeting my now husband, and eating the MOST delicious food. My 20-something year old self also loved to go out to the discotecas until they would close at 7am (!) and grab some chocolate con churros on the way home before sleeping in until past noon. (What was my life?!)

This cookie tastes just like those 7am treats did - crunchy, sweet, and rich! This cinnamon chip cookie base is stuffed with a decadent chocolate ganache and covered in cinnamon sugar. May orders will open this Sunday at 8pm, so set those alarms and reminders!

Our Cookie Monster cookie is a blue white chocolate chip sugar cookie that is stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough and topped off with chocolate drizzle and ANOTHER crunchy chocolate chip cookie. What more could a cookie lover ask for?? 😍

March orders open TONIGHT at 8pm and one of my all time favorites is coming back!! Cadbury Egg-splosion! 🐣

This is our chocolate chip cookie base, stuffed with a WHOLE Cadbury Cream Egg, and topped off with some Cadbury mini eggs and a sprinkle of sea salt.

This is one egg that will be long gone before anyone can even think about hiding it!! 🍪

We will be taking April off for some family time, so get your taste of spring with this cookie now!

One of our delicious flavors for March is this chocolate stout cookie that is stuffed with an Irish cream chocolate ganache and topped with an Irish cream glaze ☘️🍺🍪 It might look big, but this is a cookie you will want all for yourself!

LEMON. POPPYSEED. COOKIE! 🍋🍪

March orders are opening this Sunday at 8pm and this cookie is sure to have you wishing the spring sunshine would finally arrive! ☀️

This lemon cookie base is packed with lots of lemon chips, fresh lemon zest, and crunchy poppy seeds and stuffed with a whole lemon cake ball, then topped with a sour lemon poppyseed glaze 😍 If Spring were a cookie, I think this might just be it!

March is fast approaching and we are dreaming of our Mint Madness cookie! ☘️🍪

This mint chocolate cookie base (hello, melted down Andes mints!) is mixed with mint chocolate chips, stuffed with a mint Oreo, and topped off with a gorgeous drizzle and another Andes chocolate mint for good measure. Too minty? Never!

One of a leprechaun’s favorite treats is our Crumbs and Clovers cookie! ☘️🍪 This classic sugar cookie is topped with marshmallow fluff, festive sprinkles, and a certain “magically delicious” cereal! And don’t forget the stuffing - an edible cookie dough, scattered with some gold coin sprinkles - because there’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! 🌈
