Friday 5/22
I’ll spare you all from a long sappy post. But today is our last day , it’s been one of the most rewarding and challenging 6+ years of my life. Thank you seems inadequate to say what I feel, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Today’s special is king ranch chicken casserole, Mexican rice, and salad.
I’m closing this chapter, but not putting the book on the shelf just yet , I’m still fully licensed and paying sales tax monthly so I may have a few days that we decide to open or even evenings like I did for awhile.
