One Mad Bakehouse Hi! We’re One Mad Bakehouse, a small family run bakery in downtown Lebanon, Ohio. We make cinnamon rolls, cookies, scones, sweet breads and coffee cake.

We're excited to welcome Gather & Bloom Collective to the Marketplace at One Mad Bakehouse!

Gather & Bloom Collective was born from Dianna's love of flowers and a hobby that slowly blossomed into something more. Originally from St. Louis, she moved to Ohio in 2011 and has called it home ever since.

Dianna has always loved creating floral arrangements and bringing together beautiful blooms, greenery, and natural textures, and eventually decided to turn that passion into a business. Her style is rooted in rustic elegance - timeless, organic, romantic, and thoughtfully designed.

She's grateful for the opportunity to create florals that make life's special moments feel even more beautiful.

We've got cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies, brownies, sweet breads, coffee cake, and granola in the bakery daily.
