One Mad Bakehouse Hi! We’re One Mad Bakehouse, a small family run bakery in downtown Lebanon, Ohio. Baked in our home kitchen and brought fresh to our storefront each day.

If you were to ask me what my favorite cinnamon roll is, I'd tell you it's our Blueberry Lemon Cinnamon Roll. 🫐🍋

We use our base cinnamon roll dough, fill it with blueberry compote, and top it with lemon icing 🤤

We're excited to have Vanna's Prints in The Marketplace at One Mad Bakehouse!

Hi! I’m Savanna, the mama behind Vanna’s Prints! 🫶🏼 What started with a Cricut in my childhood bedroom has grown into more than I ever imagined! After years of making tees, I officially made Vanna’s Prints an LLC in 2024, and I’ve been growing my little business ever since!

Vanna’s Prints offers custom apparel, claw clips, hats, spiritwear, and designs for every occasion! I love creating fun, unique pieces and bringing something a little different to the table. Because who says spiritwear has to be boring?! 🤪 I’m so excited to bring Lebanon Warriors spiritwear to the bakery, with SO much more to come! 🤍

Happy Friday, y'all!

Oktoberfest is happening in Downtown Lebanon this weekend! We'll be staying open late until 9 tonight and 9:30 tomorrow.

New month, new raffle, new basket! Every purchase from the Bakehouse or one of our Marketplace vendors gets you an entry to win our vendor gift basket.

We've got cinnamon rolls, muffins, quick breads, scones, cookies, coffee cake, brownies, and a self-serve coffee bar with hot coffee, tea, apple c***r, and hot cocoa.

And if you're coming downtown for Oktoberfest, make sure you take a walk through the Bakehouse and check out all the local vendors we have inside! There's a whole lot more here than baked goods 😊

Our Marketplace is located right inside the Bakehouse in Downtown Lebanon, where each vendor has their own dedicated retail space to display and sell their products.

Whether you make handmade goods, home décor, gifts, specialty items, or something completely different, we'd love to hear from you!

Hey y'all!

Did you know we have a self-serve coffee bar? ☕ We’ve got hot coffee, hot tea and hot apple c***r, plus flavored syrups, sauces, creamers and oat milk so you can make it however you like.

We’re also offering Saturday local delivery! Lebanon residents get FREE delivery on orders of $30 or more. Just call us during business hours or text/DM us after hours to set it up.

Our October Marketplace raffle is officially underway! Same rules as before, make a purchase from the Bakehouse or Marketplace and get one raffle ticket per person, per day. We’ll draw our winner at the end of the month.

Happy Thursday, y’all!

Today is the last Lebanon Farmers Market of the year, which also means it’s our last Thursday open until 7 PM. After today, we’ll be back to 8 am-5 pm Tues-Sat.

We also have a winner for our September Marketplace raffle! We’ve already reached out to the winner, and keep an eye out for our October raffle coming soon.
