When I was little I was fortunate enough to spend my summers at my grandparents in Wisconsin. They lived "in the stix" as my mom would say. While the outdoors were beautiful, I spent a great deal of time in the kitchen with my Grandma. She always managed to have our favorites, pumpkin pie for Dan, sugar cookies for Reed and lemon bars for me. Standing in her tiny kitchen helping her stir, measure,

roll and bake are some of the best memories of my life. I am honored to be able to pass along her amazing creations. Her picture sits by my kitchen aid mixer (a luxury she did not possess) reminding me that in everything she baked she added a tablespoon of joy !!
