Well, this was the last official day of business for Rise Up Rolls! I ended up delivering mostly all of my MJ orders today. All of my customers have been so amazing and I am SO grateful for all of you!
This is not the end of my brand, just the end of the cinnamon roll era. (Yes I know I've posted this a lot but I'm making sure everyone sees the message and knows that we are closed now lol)
Not only that, I actually won't be baking anything for customers anymore! As a stay at home mom I had to come to the realization that I can't be available to bake full time+overtime as though I were a brick and mortar bakery.
An important lesson that I learned also is that I'm not quite so passionate about normal baking as I thought. Being good at something doesn't equal passion and it's my goal to always be as authentic as I can be.
I DO however have a plan that does involve a more specific passion of mine, which falls under the health-conscious and sourdough category ❤️
I'm fully aware that starting a business takes a lot of time and effort, and to me the sacrifices are only worth it when you are pursuing a worthy passion which I was not, but I heard that lesson loud and clear and I will be now!!💜
