Thanksgiving pre orders, ingredients, and cookie questions.

With so many new followers lately and so many questions about my cookies and breads and the ingredients I use, I figured I’d make a post answering some of those questions for anyone else who might be curious!

Around 75% of the ingredients I bake with are organic and locally sourced. The main ingredients that make up most of my recipes, like flour and sugar, are organic. I also use higher quality salt, baking soda, and baking powder instead of just grabbing the cheapest options at Walmart. I try to use the best ingredients I can wherever possible!

The things that aren’t always organic are usually things like local apples I use in certain recipes or fun add-ins like M&M’s and Oreos. Because of that, I can’t honestly say all of my baked goods are 100% organic, so I don’t label them that way!

Another question I get is about my different cookie flavors! All of my cookies start with the same brown butter cookie dough base, and then I change things up with different mix-ins and flavors from there. So if you love my brown butter chocolate chip cookies but aren’t sure about trying one of the other flavors, just know they all start with that same base! 🤎

And for everyone already asking about Thanksgiving orders! 🦃

I will be opening Thanksgiving orders on November 1st! I’m not opening them just yet because let’s get through Halloween first! 😂 But it will be the same as always, with pies, dinner rolls, breads, cookies, and all the goodies you need for your Thanksgiving table.

I’ll share more details when orders open, so keep an eye out!
