Baking in the early morning has its perks 🌅

Also, we wanted to quickly address the issues some customers experienced with our Square system over the past couple days. Square recently added a “Cash App Cashback” feature to our checkout automatically (kind of like when U2 showed up on everyone’s phones overnight 🙄).

While some people may have liked it, it caused enough confusion between customers and staff that we’ve decided to remove the feature completely. It just doesn’t fit our current ordering model.

We’re hiring 1–2 bakers 🥯

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to be in a baking role and takes pride in their work. This is a permanent position with early hours (ranging from 3am–10am), part-time to start, with room to grow.

Experience isn’t required, but it’s definitely valued…especially if you understand the rhythm and repetition of production baking.

We care a lot about consistency, punctuality, and a solid work ethic. It’s a team that relies on each other, especially at those early hours.

If you had told us the little bagel experiment we started in our home kitchen in 2024 would end up winning awards…we wouldn’t have believed you!

But here we are!🤎

For over 2 years now we’ve had the absolute honor of serving the valley fresh baked bagels, and it still blows our minds every single day!

Thank you to every single person who has supported us…whether you grabbed bagels at a pop-up, a farmers market, one of our shops (plural… what?! 🤯), or through one of our amazing wholesale partners.

This whole thing only exists because of you.
