Misty found me on Google and ordered three cake loaves which were baked and ready to go within hours. She sent this sweet text afterward. So grateful for the chance to meet a new customer!

Two big changes are coming. First, I’ve discovered I can no longer ship my cakes. Texas Cottage Food laws won’t allow it. To all my customers in West Texas and a few in the Austin and DFW areas, I’m so bummed that I can no longer serve you. The second big change is this: I am changing my bakery hours. I am needing to make more money for my family. So I have to get a job and will do product drops on the weekend only. Be on the lookout for my next announcement so you can be put on the notification list. This is sad news and I am feeling defeated. But I put my faith in God and trust His ways are higher than my own. Sending love to all of my amazing customers. You really are the best part of my business.

So excited. Yesterday’s pop-up shop was rained out but God still provided a way. I sold out of 95% of my prepared cakes. Today’s Pop up shop will have no Bundts, because I ran out of cake boxes last night. But I will have cake loaves available. Also, my sweet daughter Olivia of will be joining me to show her crochet cuties. Come join us! My entrepreneurial son will be there to sell lemonade. It’s a family affair so come say hi!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. Today’s lemonade stand was a success. My kids met their goal of $225 and even had $13 extra to split between them. They love going to church camp so much and it’s always a highlight of their summer. So thank you again! Oh, I deleted my prior posts because my son said I doxxed them. 😂

I swear I’m not just being lazy. I actually think my cakes are perfect naked—without icing. Oooh! And if you nuke a slice for 8 to 10 seconds, it tastes like it’s fresh out of the oven. It’s even better when your cake is delivered still warm—fresh from the oven. You really should try one. Message me to plan your next order.
