I began experimenting with many gluten-free flours until one day I realized that I had done it; my gluten-free recipes for cookies, cinnamon rolls, scones, and much more truly tasted delicious! Even the texture was fabulous – no grit or weird gumminess; just scrumptious treats! I began sharing them with my family and friends, even the ones who COULD eat gluten, and they all raved about my gluten-free baked goodies and wanted more!
