A/C is fixed and we are ready for another amazing day with you all! Yesterday was awesome even with it being 85 degrees in our shop, our friends always come through with a sold out day!

Well, this one brought tears to my eyes. ❤️

This lady right here is a true League City icon.

SuSu was the original owner of Kolache Bakery and built this place from the ground up. Although we never had the opportunity to purchase the bakery directly from her, I was lucky enough to spend about 30 minutes on the phone with her shortly after we took ownership.

That conversation stuck with me.

Hearing her passion, the stories, and the love she poured into this bakery made me promise myself that I would give every ounce of energy, determination, and heart I have to bringing this place back to what she built it to be.

So this morning, as I unlock the doors and turn on the lights, I’m feeling especially grateful. Grateful for the opportunity to carry on a legacy. Grateful for the people who came before us. And grateful for every single one of you who continue to support this little bakery.
