I love brown butter and it feels especially perfect because the beautiful golden color matches the leaves outside. Feels cozy.

Breaking down my second 10 pound box of peaches for freezing. I love the path of least resistance so I literally just wash them, slice them, freeze them, then store them in large freezer bags. We use them through the winter on yogurt or oatmeal or occasionally turned into a crumble. Late summer is the very best time of year 🤩
