🌟 Vendor Spotlight: Mink Creek Honey & Gourmet Popcorn 🌟

This week, we're putting the spotlight on Mink Creek Honey & Gourmet Popcorn! 🍯🍿

What started with a friend saying it might be fun to have some bees turned into two hives—and eventually 30–40 hives! 🐝 When the Le Mars Farmer's Market began at Cork It in 2017, it seemed like the perfect place to start selling our honey, and we've been part of the market ever since.

Over the years, we've added kettle corn and gourmet popcorn to the mix, with Caramel becoming one of the favorites. And if you've stopped by lately, you know our booth has expanded again—we also bring along whatever fresh produce the garden decides to give us! 🍅🥒🌶️

One of the most rewarding parts of the honey business is meeting other honey bee enthusiasts and getting the chance to educate people about bees, honey, and just how important these little pollinators are. 🐝

Of course, being a market vendor comes with challenges—especially learning to roll with whatever Mother Nature has planned! Wind, rain, heat...you learn to adapt pretty quickly. 😆

From a couple of beehives to honey, popcorn, produce, and many years at the market, Mink Creek has definitely grown right along with the Le Mars Farmer's Market. ❤️

🐝 Stop by and see us—we'd love to talk bees, help you pick out some honey, or send you home with a bag of popcorn! 🍯🍿
