I've been so busy lately that I haven't done very much baking. I have decided that I'm just going to make time for it this week. I know it's a little late notice, but if you'd like anything for your 4th of July celebrations this week, (or just because!) I will be making apple pie ($25), English muffin bread ($6/loaf), s'mores cookies ($15/dozen) and vanilla or chocolate cupcakes with vanilla red white and blue frosting ($20/dozen). I will have them ready for pickup by Wednesday evening, unless you specifically request a different day or time. I'll also be making homemade hamburger buns on Thursday morning for my family, so if you'd like some for your barbecue, I can easily double or triple my recipe.

Hi guys! It's Katherine and Lexie. We are raising money to go to FSY in July. To help pay the fees, we are going to be having a cookie fundraiser. We will be selling kitchen sink (oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies with caramel bits, peanut butter chips and mini m&ms), raspberry cheesecake (graham cracker cookie base with cream cheese frosting and raspberry drizzle), and regular chocolate chip cookies. They will be $15/dozen and you can mix and match your dozen. *The cookie dough, frosting and drizzle will be made by our mom, everything else will be done by us *We will deliver within Davis County for free, if you'd like.

A couple of things...

First of all, I was reminded a couple of weeks ago that it's been awhile since I've made my whole wheat quinoa bread, so I will be making some this weekend, probably Friday. I will also be making pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Let me know if you'd like me to make you any. $6/loaf.

Second, I will be making pies next Wednesday, if anyone wants to order any for Thanksgiving. They will be $20 each or 2 for $35. You can choose from pumpkin, apple, French silk, key lime, coconut cream, banana cream, or banoffee (banana cream with a layer of dulce de leche). If you have any other baking needs for next week, just shoot me a message. I have the week off, so I can accept requests. I will be going to Pocatello either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning, so if any of my friends up there want to order anything, here's your chance! I can deliver it once I get into town.

I've posted this on my personal page, but in case anyone didn't see it there, I'll post it here, too... General conference weekend is coming up this weekend and I'll be making sweet rolls for anyone who wants them! I will have orange rolls, cinnamon rolls, and coconut rolls $20/dozen or $12/ half dozen. You can pick and mix flavors to make up a dozen. They will be ready to be picked up at my house by 9am on Saturday the 1st of April.

BAKE SALE! BAKE SALE! BAKE SALE!

My kids want to do one more bake sale/pop up bakery this summer so they can earn a little extra money for back-to-school shopping. We will be doing it tomorrow, Friday 12 August from 3:30-6 in front of our house (599 Elm St in Layton). We will have lots of different kinds of yummy treats and breads. We'd love to see everyone there!

I will be baking on Monday and Tuesday if anyone would like to order anything. On Monday, I'll be making whole wheat quinoa bread, English muffin bread and banana bread (with or without nuts). On Tuesday, I will be making s'mores cookies and tres leches cupcakes. Also, if there's a particular bread or dessert you'd like me to make for Father's Day, I have time next Saturday, too.

I just realized the last time I posted here was 6 months ago and guess what? It's General Conference time again which means... I'm taking orders for cinnamon rolls, orange rolls and coconut rolls! Like last time, they will be $15/dozen or $1.50/ea. You can mix and match flavors. I will be making them next Saturday morning (Oct 3rd) and hope to have them ready by 9am. If you would prefer to get them on Friday evening, shoot me a message and we'll work something out.

General Conference is this weekend and, as usual, I'll be making cinnamon rolls, orange rolls, and coconut sweet rolls. They will be $1.50/each or $15/dozen (you can mix and match). I'm hoping to have them ready by 9 on Saturday morning or if you would prefer to pick up on Friday, let me know and I could do that, too.

Life has been a little crazy the past few months so I've put my baking on the back burner (except for specific requests) while I try to concentrate on other areas of my life that needed my attention. I feel like I can breathe a little easier now, so I am going to start offering bread and baked goods again.

This Friday, I will be making my whole wheat quinoa bread, English muffin bread and banana bread if anyone would like some. They are all $5/loaf.

Also, Sunday is π Day, Pi Day, or Pie Day, however you'd like to look at it, so I will be making pies on Saturday for you to enjoy on Sunday. Pies will be $15 each. I will make any kind you'd like, but here are some ideas... Banana cream, banoffee (basically banana cream pie with dulce de leche), coconut cream, key lime, pumpkin, apple, French Silk (chocolate), Chocolate Peanut butter, Chocolate Chip Marshmallow...

Next weekend is General Conference weekend, aka the weekend I make lots and lots of sweet rolls! Who would like some cinnamon rolls, orange rolls or coconut rolls to snack on for next weekend? I can have them ready for you either on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning by 9. They will be $15/dozen or $1.50/ea and you can pick and mix flavors to make up a dozen. Everyone who orders by Wednesday will be entered into a drawing to win a $5 credit (or free loaf of bread) for a future purchase!
