Quality bread ✨🤌🏻
A blend of small farm imported Italian flour, filtered water, natural sea salt and time are the only ingredients in the bread at Leaf&Twine. Ingredients matter and I never skimp. Cinnamon raisin? California sun dried raisins, organic natural brown sugar and Saigon cinnamon. Sandwich bread? Single origin extra virgin olive oil and a touch of natural maple syrup for sweetness. Each ingredient is carefully selected by me for you. If I wouldn’t feed it to my family, it doesn’t go in the bread I bake. Delivering you only the best always ♥️

Whether you go sweet or savory, these things are where it’s at. Not trying to stuff them all in your mouth at once? Perfect crumb 🤌🏻 not to brag but this is the best batch I’ve baked in awhile. Mild flavor, toasty crust and an unmatched texture. Safe to say this is Leaf&Twine’s new flour ✨ Italian flour is famous for its easy digestion even for those with a gluten intolerance. This particular mill selects its grain from a 30km radius and has been in operation since 1905! Pair high quality Italian flour with a long fermentation process, and you’ve got yourself the perfect combo-and a happy tummy. These loaves are hitting the shelves at Tate Family Farm asap so come snag yourself one and few other goodies ✌🏻♥️🌾

🍞🥖✨It’s finally here ✨🥖🍞
Imported Italian flour made from 100% Italian grain with a traceable supply chain from a company that has been operating since 1905! I will be preparing all of this week’s orders with this new flour and 🤞🏻 all goes well. I’m really really excited about this one and I hope you are too!
