Owner Kyle Cave has teamed up with her sister-in-law, Donna Cave, to bring back this local favorite. The new Blue Rooster is located On the Square in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Come by and visit our new location for your favorite sweets and be sure to try our Signature Chicken Salad Sandwich.

Get ready for an influx of fans as Scott’s Cake Love just announced he'll be working there!

W&A Engineering's Take Out Tuesday pick for August is the Blue Rooster Bake Shop & Eatery on the Square located in the heart of downtown Monroe, Georgia. The original eatery was opened in Lawrenceville in 2001 by Kyle Cave who has now teamed up with her sister-in-law Donna Cave who both pride themselves on their strong commitment to customer service and loyalty to the local community. The Monroe location opened in October 2020, and their survival through the height of the pandemic tells you just how good their treats are! A great destination for breakfast and lunch, Blue Rooster is open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Reviews tout the homemade quality and the scent of baked-in goodness that greets you at the door. Not fancy, just fresh…except for their buttercream cakes that are beautiful, whimsical, and just plain fun. One reviewer wrote, "Their cakes are the best I've ever had!" Now that's something to crow about!

THE RESULTS ARE IN!

Throughout the holiday season, patrons have been able to visit our lobbies and vote for their favorite trees by donating to them. It was amazing seeing our lobbies fill up not only with beautiful trees, but with goods for deserving families. And well folks, the time has come! Though, while we have a Top 3 in each category, all of those who participated have succeeded in reaching the greater goal, and we are so thankful. Now, without further ado..
