is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a core mission to try and ensure that any child in our community that has a birthday whose family cannot afford a birthday cake receives one FREE from us. We work with DFCS, Foster Care, Children’s shelters, partnerships against domestic violence, pregnancy resource centers, battered women’s shelters, homeless shelters and local food cooperative ministries as well as many other local support groups to get these cakes into the hands of those in need. Our business focus is the hiring of special needs adults once they age out of county programs.

Our 1st car show was great!! We had 63 cars in the judging.
Thank you to Nick and his team of people and all the volunteers and the wonderful food!! It was a great day. Will share more in the coming week.

The Cupcake Quarterly - October 2026 -

We had just celebrated the 250th anniversary of our country, so the number 250 was on our hearts. There was also 25 weeks left in the year, so we set a challenge. In 25 weeks, by the end of the year, we wanted to raise $250,000 and get to 250 C.A.K.E. Sponsors. We called it Project 250.

WE DID IT!! We hit the $250,000 mark! We cannot thank you guys enough for the way everyone rallied behind us in our time of need. This goal was set in July for the end of the year, and we hit it in just over 4 months!
We are also approaching our goal of 250 C.A.K.E. Sponsors, with 220 committed! Let's keep it rollin'!!! And let's see if we can raise an extra $40,000 towards generators for our power and a new machine, to provide for more jobs in the bakery!

We hope you're enjoying fall break!! We've got plenty of fall themed treats to choose from. We have Pumpkin Muffins and our Pumpkin Pie Cupcake, or if you don't care for pumpkin flavor, but still want to be festive, our usual cake pops are decorated to look like pumpkins!
