Hey, hey there! We're using our maintenance downtime to start getting our affairs in order as construction continues to unfold at Marmalade ! The time has come for us to start connecting with awesome people who may be interested in joining our squad. We'll have more details around January for additional positions, but right now we're looking for a cook, or chef, who enjoys short order format, throwing down in the kitchen and can weigh in on whether my ideas are terrible or not. 🤣 Sound like you? Heads up y'all! We will be CLOSED Tuesday 8/18 - Thursday 8/20 for our annual maintenance. Our equipment takes quite the beating over the year so now is the perfect time to ensure everything is in tip top shape as we head into the fall season. We partner ALOT with our sister shop Melba Ice Creamery! From the brownie chunks in chocolate caramel brownie ice cream to the cookie dough pieces in their fan favorite flavor doughboy, we are always working on new ways to interlace our crafts.

But if you asked us to pick the one flavor that really flexes our collaboration, the pièce de résistance, in our humble opinion, is this flavor right here. The BUTTERED CORNBREAD ice cream. 🌽 Sweet corn ice cream swirled with chunks of cornbread baked here at The Peach. This flavor is the cat's pajamas! Hey, hey there y'all! With temperatures looking like they will be topping 100 degrees this week, I've made the call to shorten our schedule for Thursday, Friday and Saturday so we can shut down the ovens early. When its 80 degrees outside, our kitchen temps can easily hit 95 degrees without batting an eye. So you can imagine what a hundred degree day will do 🥵. With the safety of our team in mind this feels like the best plan forward. We'll be back to regular hours once the temperature drops back down again. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks in advance for your understanding. -Joanne
