Last nights popup dinner at B's Cracklin' BBQ ATL with Kevin Mobley of Anna Bell's Mac and Calvin Rouse III of Barrel and Bottle was outstanding!! Such a fabulous experience, from collaboration to ex*****on.

I’m super excited for Monday night! We’ve worked so hard on this night for weeks. Sourcing local produce, chicken, aged meat, dairy.... testing recipes, tweaking, re-testing....eating A LOT...smoking at various temperatures and types of smoke (YEP, there’s different types of smoke!) I even think there’s a faint but permanent smoke aroma in my car now, possibly my hair too. Totally. Worth. It!

7 days in to 2019 and we are getting back into the swing of things. Was nice to have a little time off! I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and was able to find time for some rest and relaxation.
