✨ Ashley B’s First Week Menu is Here! ✨

I am so excited to finally share the menu for our very first week at Ashley B’s!
To help me ease into this new chapter and better control food waste, this first week will be pre-order carryout only, just like I have done in the past. I can accommodate large orders as well, but all orders need to be placed ahead of time.

Lunch pickup: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Dinner pickup: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
✅ All prices include sales tax.
🥤 Bottled water and a variety of soft drinks will be available for $1.50 each.

Lunch — Classic Club on Croissant — $15
A large buttery croissant layered with turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. Served with pasta salad and a pickle spear.
Dinner — Ritz Cracker Chicken Plate — $17
Tender chicken breast topped with a buttery Ritz cracker topping and baked until golden. Served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and butter muffins.

Lunch — Grilled Chicken Salad — $15
A fresh garden salad topped with grilled chicken breast, shredded cheese, boiled egg, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and croutons. Served with a homemade yeast roll and your choice of homemade ranch or homemade vinaigrette.
Dinner — Pork Roast Plate — $18
Slow-cooked pork roast served with green beans, corn casserole, fried apples, and a homemade yeast roll.

Lunch — Hot Chicken Bacon Club Plate — $15
Shredded chicken breast mixed with mayo, Dijon, garlic, Swiss cheese, and bacon, baked inside flaky crescent dough and sliced into a generous portion. Served with green beans.
Dinner — Meatloaf Plate — $17
Homemade meatloaf served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and cornbread.

Lunch — Individual Chicken Pot Pie Plate — $16
A personal-sized chicken pot pie filled with tender chicken, vegetables, and creamy gravy, baked in a homemade flaky golden crust. Served with broccoli salad — fresh broccoli tossed with bacon, shredded cheese, red onion, sunflower seeds, and a creamy sweet-and-tangy dressing.
Dinner — Poppy Seed Chicken Noodle Casserole Plate — $17
Creamy poppy seed chicken noodle casserole topped with buttery cracker crumbs and baked until golden. Served with brown sugar garlic roasted carrots and homemade yeast bread.

Lunch — Trio Salad Plate — $15
A scoop of homemade chicken salad, tuna salad, and pimento cheese served with pasta salad, crackers, and a pickle spear.
Dinner — Bourbon Glazed Chicken Thigh Plate — $18
Tender chicken thighs baked in a sweet and savory bourbon glaze. Served with a baked sweet potato with butter and a sugary cinnamon topping, broccoli casserole, and butter muffins.

Chessman Banana Pudding — $4
A rich, creamy banana pudding made with cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding, real whipped cream, bananas, and two layers of Chessman cookies.
White Chocolate Lasagna — $4
A cool, creamy layered dessert with a sweet crust, cream cheese layer, white chocolate pudding, and whipped topping.
Chess Bars — $3
A generous-sized homemade chess bar.
