Made this Apple Autumn Spice Cake for my family for Thanksgiving!

Fried Apples, yellow Spice cake, cinnamon cookie crumbs mixed with cream cheese made into a dough in the middle of the cake, and frosted with cinnamon vanilla frosting and topped with apple caremel and cookie crumbs!
