We had a very fun day in the kitchen! Bagel party tray - plain, cinnamon raisin, blueberry, sesame seed, everything seasoning, cheddar bacon, and cheddar jalapeño. With 4 kinds of whipped cream cheese. Excited for this all to be enjoyed at a baby shower tomorrow!

While making a variety of bagels for a bagel party tray, we decided to make some extra bagels to give away!

Very grateful for good AC! 93° outside right now, yet still nice and cool in the house even after baking all day!

Today’s baking: chocolate zucchini cupcakes with a whipped fudge filling, and a vanilla whipped cream frosting, dyed red with natural dye. Two of our jumbo 18 oz pb cookies filled with applesauce. And a dozen of our pb applesauce thumbprint cookies.

These dog cookies are safe for humans AND dogs (but will likely taste better to dogs). Unsure if we will offer these for purchase or not. Is this something you’d be interested in buying for your pupper?

We are workshopping another new recipe. S’mores brownies! A graham cracker crust on the bottom, our ooey gooey sourdough brownies in the middle, topped with perfectly roasted marshmallows. Heatwave outside means it isn’t safe to roast marshmallows over an open fire. So we’re perfecting a way to enjoy s’mores without the fire!
