At home with + ✨

Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches

What you’ll need;
• 3–4 lb chuck roast
• 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 cup beef broth
• 8–10 pepperoncini peppers, plus ¼ cup of the juice (I used banana but pepperoncini is preferred)
• Provolone cheese slices
• Sturdy sandwich rolls

How to make it;
1. Place the roast in the slow cooker
2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning packet, garlic powder, & onion powder over the roast
3. Pour in the beef broth & pepperoncini juice
4. Add the pepperoncinis
5. Cook:
* Low: 8–10 hours
* High: 5–6 hours
6. Shred the beef with two forks and return it to the juices
7. Toast rolls if desired, pile on the beef, top with provolone

I have the privilege of serving as an advisor on both the Gloucester County Institute of Technology Culinary Board and the Gloucester Township Economic Development Committee. It was a busy week!

I had the honor of joining the Mayor, Governor, and many other leaders from across New Jersey as Cooper announced its plans to build a new Gloucester Township campus right here by the outlets.

Then today, the culinary board had the opportunity to pour into the next generation by participating in a hospitality panel discussion with students.

Keeping busy serving the community, supporting local growth, + investing in the future. This is what dreams are made of. ✨

Grateful for every seat at the table + every opportunity to give back.
