Since 1984, Gelato Fino Desserts manufactures baked desserts and ice cream products for upscale restaurants, food service distributors, national retailers, luxury cruise lines, fine hotels and prestigious country clubs throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Baked desserts range from enormous layer cakes weighing more than twelve pounds to pre-portioned solos, gelatos, sorb

ets, Italian ices and ice cream desserts. If we don’t presently make a product, know that if you dream it, we can create it! Our products make people happy – daily meals, evenings on the town, vacations and special family celebrations are never complete without dessert – c’mon, who raves about the vegetables!
