From the kitchen at SUZUYA to the quiet corners of Japan, the heart of our craft remains the same.
While I have been away focusing on my health journey, I have been filled with so much pride watching our incredible team in Vegas. They have been doing a perfect job, keeping our standards high and our cases full of the pastries you love.
This time away has also been a gift of perspective. I’m finding fresh inspiration here in Japan—new flavors, textures, and ideas—that I can’t wait to bring back to our kitchen.
