Why RabbitScratch? In the Chinese zodiac I am year of the rabbit, and everything is made from scratch. Baking as always been a calming activity and to know that others love and appreciate something I love to do makes it so much better. Customer Satisfaction is what I aim for. Seeing satisfied guests and returning clients wanting cookies because they can’t get a homemade feel from other bakeries, makes me love that I “make the world a little batter.”
