SUUUUPER happy with how these cupcakes turned out ✨😍🧁🌺🌵💙 We actually experimented with new ingredients for this batch—used strawberry Greek yogurt and almond milk instead to replace butter/oil & milk in our usual vanilla cupcakes, a healthier alternative! Tastes just as good!😋

Here’s the recipe for Suspiros for you guys at home! ✨⬇️

- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup of cane sugar
*Whisk until you get soft peaks
- 3/4 cup of powdered sugar (sifted)
*Whisk until you get stiff peaks
Fold in
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
(Color is optional)

Bake at 200 degrees for 60-90min, then make sure you LEAVE them in there with the oven turned OFF for at least 1 hour! (Or more if you’d like) 😊😊
