ELSA'S CASTLE

Tons of fondant prep work but well worth the outcome for my baby...

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY BABY

Bottom tier was triple chocolate cake with cherry pie filling and IMBC.

Middle tier was lemon cake with blueberry pie filling and IMBC.

Top tier was funfetti cake with plain vanilla italian meringue buttercream.

It's been 11 months since I've made a novelty cake, and even though I took twice as long and it exhausted me, I am still so proud of the outcome. I pushed myself by accepting it since this client has been a long time appreciate-or of my work, and because I did, I got to feel alittle bit if my old self again. Thank YOU for letting me be a part of your daughter's special day once more.

Cake is triple chocolate cake with chocolate italian meringue buttercream, red chocolate ganache "blood" and edible images on the outside.

As always, thank you to my husband and mother for the motivation to try again.

A hand built castle cake is nothing short of what my daughter deserves for her fifth birthday!

Happy birthday my sweet pea!

All cake layers were strawberry cake with different fillings (cheesecake, Nutella buttercream and vanilla buttercream). Everything was edible except for the toothpick flags and characters. Steeple was all rice krispie.

This was such a fun custom board to make for David's 5th birthday!

"Balloon" cupcakes are fluffy (like a cloud) chocolate cake and vanilla bean italian meringue buttercream.

My nephew Nikko wanted a trending cake, do he chose a "skibiti toilet" cake! He laughed so hard (and so did his parents)

Cake is ironically chocolate filled with my delicious vanilla italian meringue buttetcream.

"Cupcake" Cake is decadent chocolate cake filled with biscoff cookie butter and chopped cookies and italian meringue buttercream... yum!

This would be the 3rd time making a Nike shoe box cake - and I love them all equally!

The receipt was specially edited to have meaningful numbers and names included and the label was replicated to reflect her favorite style and size.

Cake was vanilla cake with cookies and cream.

Happy 2nd Bluey Birthday Hudson!

The cake has an extra tall layer of moist vanilla cake filled with yummy oreo cookies and cream. Outside is italian meringue buttercream and decorated with Bluey toys and balls.
