The Vegas restaurant scene is massive, especially when you include all the awesome bakeries, bars, coffee shops, etc.

We’ve felt so much support and community from all the industry people we’ve met, but we know there’s still a lot of you to bake for!

*So, we have a SPECIAL OFFER for our VEGAS RESTAURANT FAM for our Saturday Preorder Pickup:*

If you get a group order together for your restaurant (or bar/bakery/etc.), minimum $100, I’ll offer free delivery to your spot, Saturday afternoon.

Let us be a fun little addition to family meal! 😉

And, by all means, if you want to schedule another day for me to do this (min 10 days notice), just let me know what you’re thinking.

Going to test this out the next couple Saturday pickups and take it from there!

One of the items we have at almost every pickup and pop-up is our LONGGANISA CHEDDAR DROP BISCUIT, packed with Filipino pork breakfast sausage, sharp cheddar & green onions.

Pro Tip: warm these up in the air fryer or (toaster) oven right before eating…game changer for sure!

Pickup is anytime between 10am and 1pm, at our commissary kitchen on Dean Martin Drive (close to the Strip; behind Tommy Rocker’s).

This dinner was so much fun to do with Jamie Tran and Bank Atcharawan . And the whole meal was incredible; I was so excited to finally try their food. So amazing!

Here’s THE MENU for our next PREORDER PICKUP on Sat 6/27!*

*PLEASE NOTE: preorders are NOT open yet! They will open on Mon 6/22 at 10am (directions to place your preorder below ⬇️)*

By popular demand, we are offering our SANS RIVAL for the next pickup!

It’s our take on the traditional cashew meringue “layer cake”, with white chocolate cremeux and braised pineapple. It’s also another one of our gluten-free options.

A couple important ICYMIs:

- We now have a gluten-free version of our Mango Float for $8.

- We offer WHOLE Pandan Tres Leches Cakes (see menu for sizes and approximate number of slices).

- We also priced out our KARIOKA to order in larger quantities (please note: karioka are best consumed the DAY OF pickup).

ICYMI in our Stories, I had the pleasure of recording for a really awesome podcast this week!

And it just so happens that the host is someone I’d watch on TV when I was younger (clue at the end for who it is).

They are somebody who, in a sense, nerds out about cooking and food. And that is one of my favorite things to do…EVER. And a few days ago, we basically got to nerd out together!

Needless to say, dreams keep coming true over here 🥹

I’m definitely jumping the gun because the episode won’t air for a couple of months 😆 But obviously, I’m WAY too excited, so just wanted to share a fun, post-interview moment 🤗

We’re having a pop-up, back with our friends at tspbakingcompany , on Sunday, July 12!!

Thank you so much to our lovely, amazing friend Kari (Kari ) for sharing her space with us 🖤🤍

🚨Important!🚨 We have some really fun collabs lined up, with other friends of ours in town, and we can’t wait to share more about what’s in store!

But you want to know the one thing we’re SUPER excited about with these collabs?? Each time, we’re going to highlight and support a local nonprofit doing incredible work in our community!

For our collab with tspbakingcompany , we will be donating a portion of sales to Kari’s choice of nonprofit: The LGBTQ+ Center of Las Vegas : the LGBTQIA+ community center of Las Vegas 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

This is our way of bringing everyone together to give back to the beautiful Las Vegas community that we feel so uplifted by!

But (1) I realized most of the pics I took in NY were food pics;

and (2) this is perfect to shoutout not only the amazing places we ate, but also some of the incredible chefs we met Citymeals on Wheels Chefs’ Tribute!

(Sprinkled in a few non-food pics, for good measure 🤗)

We had a great stretch of cooking in NYC, something I never imagined we’d ever get to do. Manifesting another NY cooking opportunity to come our way 🤞🏽
