Shoutout to the and teams for getting us all set up for tomorrow!

What an honor to cook alongside some of the country’s most amazing chefs, representing every corner of the world.

And so incredible to rep Vegas at this event with our friends and !!

Can’t wait to see what it all looks like tomorrow 🤩 And definitely can’t wait to see how much money we all raise together for 💙

We strongly believe that if we only have one bite to impress someone, it has to be our KARIOKA.

We believe this so much that we kind of, sort of begged to serve this 39th Annual Chefs’ Tribute 😆

These coconut mochi fritters are tossed in a coconut glaze, then finished with coco jam toffee sauce, latik, and Ilocano Asin sea salt 🇵🇭

They’re the perfect balance of sweet and salty, they’re nice and chewy…and they’re gluten-free!

After this event, we don’t know when we’ll have another opportunity (if any) to cook in NY, so we had to make sure to bring our best!

*NSFW language 😆* — Throwback to a week ago, shopping at H Mart in freaking NYC for our dinner!

I told Josh to get as much content as he could while we were in town 😆 and of course, it ended up showing how he tries to embarrass me in public sometimes 😂

Honestly though, the nerves were hitting a little bit, so the laughs helped.

I’ve never been this sad that a pop-up or event was over. I felt myself having to force myself to leave the kitchen 😂 I could do it a million times over.

it was so much fun doing this together! Your food is incredible and it’d be so awesome to do this again with you both 🫶🏽

Shoutout to Josh, Matt, Juan, , James & Pimi for being the best sous chefs!

And huge thank you to Chef Guo and the entire Platform team for everything the past few days! It was such a blast being in your kitchen.

There’s no way we can thank enough for thinking of us and having us for this special collab dinner. So grateful to have had this incredible opportunity to showcase ourselves in NYC 🥹

Did you catch the video that .nyc put together, to promote our Platform Collab Dinner this Thursday? So, so awesome!

It’s pinned to our profile, if you haven’t. And, here’s the blooper reel that you never asked for 😆

To be honest, laughing (especially at myself) helps calm my nerves. And it’s definitely starting to hit hard that we’re about to cook a dinner for the 🤯

I also found it pretty funny that I tell myself “no” every time I mess up (and wow, do my nostrils flare when I laugh 😂).

I still can’t believe this is actually happening! And holy crap, it’s happening so soon. Can’t wait!!

We’re bringing BBQ SKEWERS & SASAWAN to on Thursday 🇵🇭

We wanted to represent the kind of food you can find everywhere in the Philippines. We loved the idea of bringing street food to the dinner, but in our own way.

For cocktail hour, we’ll be serving up our pork belly bbq skewer, and guests will have the option to dip it in a sasawan (or dipping sauce) of tamari, coconut vinegar, sliced onions & chilies.

We served it like this at Sip & Savor last month, and it was so much fun!

We wanted to do it the same as they do it in the Philippines 🇵🇭 What better way to represent at the AAPI Heritage Month collab dinner with & !

Can’t believe we’re cooking in NY so soon!! T-minus 4 days 🤯
